Default No spark issues (search is down)

I was going to mess around with my AEM EMS on my civic, so I unplugged the stock ecu, plugged in the aem and the laptop I was using wouldnt let me upload a basemap so I shut the computer down, turned the key off, unplugged the AEM, and plugged my stock p28 back in and now the car wont start. It has fuel, but no spark. The distrubitor is getting power, the tach wire is not occliating when I turn the key, the ECU is good, I put it in a buddies car and it fired right up. Any ideas?

ecu fuse was fine...i checked all fuses.

Ended up being the ignitor in the coil. Ran all tests that the helms says to do and it said to replace the ignitor....replaced it and fired right up
