Not worth it for Integras, their only benefit is extremely long life, which is good for cars where the plugs are very difficult to change. Just get some NGK copper plugs and change them every 10K-15K miles. It will still be cheaper in the long run.

mugenracer, you will probably see gains because Hondas don't take the Bosch 4's very well from what I hear.

Would this be just the Bosch Platinum+4 or all Bosch Platinum plugs? The reason that I'm asking is because I'm about ready to replace my NGK Platinums and I have been researching plugs the last two days. I have been looking into NGK Platinums, Denso Iridium and Bosch Platinum. I found two very interesing dyno runs comparing the Denso Iridium Race plugs VS Bosch Platinum ( http://www.importreview.com/reviews/densoVSbosch.html ) and Bosch Platiunum VS NGK V-Power ( http://www.importreview.com/reviews/BoschVSNGK.html ). And in both dyno runs on a Honda D16 the standard Bosch Platinum plugs (not Platinum+4) did extremely well.

I ran Bosch Platinum plugs in my previous Honda ('86 CRX Si) and I was very pleased with the performance. The NGK and the Denso plugs run around $14 a plug whereas the standard Bosch Platinums run $2 a plug and the Bosch Platinum+4 run $6 a plug. So I'm kind of leaning towards the Bosch plugs (standard Platinum or Platinum+4).

I would welcome any feedback or information you may have.

i found them ok, a friend of mine who had them in his civic VTi recommended them, and i thought they were a lot better than the nippon denso ones that were in it (factory recommended plugs) but maybe it was just my imagination, when i fitted the iridium plugs, i didnt expect any gains, i bought them purely for their longevity, but i felt the car more responsive, again i dont know if it actually was or not, i'll know after a few dyno runs tho

NGK is the right kind and as for Bosch 4's, the spark will travel between the shortest distance!
Also,

Since platinum has ~7 times more resistance than copper it's going to make power at 7 fold the amount of copper when amperage is applied, So the platinum will have to disipate that much more power in the form of heat and run hotter, no good for high compression, Theory only.

they work good on integras, some dont recommend them if u have an aftermarket ignition such as msd., but most street racers use them in houston., iono, from my friends, they say its worth it
