Default Stage 4 cams with stock block on B20/vtec?

I pick up my new car on Sunday. Its a B20/vtec motor with mainly stock bottom end.(ARP rod bolts, GE headstuds) My buddy wants to swap me complete heads. He wants the type R cams for his turbo set up. He is willing to trade me a P&P B16 head with crower vavltrain, stage 4 comp cams and cam gears for my head. I have Hondata so it will be tuned immedietly. Will this setup run ok? What all do I need to make it work? It will be tuned perfectly.

Also, I will put in HC pistons in soon, probably in Jan or Feb.

i need some help here guys. The pistons have a little valve relief for the vtec head, but will that be enough with the satge 3 cams? Will I have problems with the valves hitting the pistons? What do you all suggest?

you might not get the full potential of the cams being your compression is low. those cams need high compression. you should pick up some st.2 or something. it'll run better. If those are st. 4 you wont idle for ****.

You would be over camming your motor with that compression ratio. You would make more power from a less agressive cam.
