i got followed the other day. all you do is stay calm, nervousness makes people do stupid stuff.
haha funny thing is i discovered that my turn signals on the back for some reason didnt work that day so i was using my hand signals when the cop was following me

Gah, Ive had them follow me for LONG periods of time on the highway, in which case i usually pull over and get off my bike and grab my pressure gague and pretend to check my tire pressures, that way i can say my rear end is acting funny if they question me, heh..."office my rear tire is grabbing very hard which could explain the wheelie i was accidently doing"
if one follows me through a few turns and is obviously following me, I assume he's watching and hoping I'll make a mistake...but doesn't have a reason to pull me over YET...
so I just pull in a parking lot or something and stop. That way he can't follow me till I make a little mistake or he thinks up an excuse to pull me over.

I just figure if they're ******* enough to follow me, I'll be ******* enough to put a quick stop to their fun....and stop somewhere.
Riding circles and **** can just give them reason to pull you over.

There was 6 of us. We were at a store waiting 'bout 15 min for some more to show. And once we left we went about 1/2 mile and as we turned a unit spotted us. We parked on both sides of street and the copper barked out "park on one side", we did that. Two more units came through apartment complex and we thought they were going to a call somewhere else. We left 10 mins later and all three cars were parked in between buildings out of sight. They immediatly pulled out behind us and followed through a stop sign and two lights. At the next light we split up 3 ways to see what they would do, and wasn't gonna give them a chance to stop us. We were doing nothing wrong and nobody's going to wait on them to give out bogus tickets.
When I first got my bike, and had some problems registering it, I had a State Trooper following me through town for a good 10minutes. The kicker was that I had my plate from my '87 yamaha fz600, CLEARLY not even close to an '03 600RR. If he ran the plate, he KNEW it was bullshit. So i dunno why he didnt pull me over. Maybe he felt bad, it was raining that day.
today I was followed my a cop on 28 and 66 this morning - I pulled up to the light and he pulled up next to me and said, "I'm not trying to scare you or anything, just I know how it is with a bunch of cars, and i'd rather you have me following you than some jackass driver, so I'll follow you as far as I can."
I thanked him - got his name and badge number, called the capt of ffx co popo's that I know and put a good word for him.
