sub pops when turning car off
its got something to do with the abrupt shut of in power to the amp and your hearing it through the speaker(sub)
I think you can put some kind of capacitor on the remote wire to fix this.
Or you can just turn off the head unit first,then turn the car off. This usually helps also...

i installed my friends system and his does that too. i installed mine as well but it doesnt. so we went to the audio store and they said its just releasing power and its nothing too serious. i guess they were just being lazy and not trying to fix it but its been like that for a couple months now and its fine so you should be ok too.
mine did that too not sure wut is wuz a friend fixed it though ill b back tom w/ the answer though. It can be fixed and its nothing major. Maybe it wuz the ground loop isolater that did the trick but i dont wanna sound like an expert when im not.
