(1990 civic hatch dx)

For some reason when I drop my E-brake my day timer headlights come (thats not really my concern cuz thats prob the swith for them rite?) and my marker lights. The swith on my steering column does nothing at all. The only thing i have control of are my brights. So maybe its actually my headlights coming i dunno.

I know there is probably not to many people that have had this problem before but i thought I'd try anyway before I start digging into my wiring.
