is there anyway i can tell if my vaules are bent or not?

ooooh, VALVES...

The above poster is correct. Check your valve lash first.

No.

If theres excessive clicking, it could be other things.

LMA's, too thin a grade of motor oil, Injectors, flapping timing/accessory belt...

Do it right or dont do it at all.
