Default Koni Hardware

I just got some ground controls, and some used konis (8041's).

Turns out I need a 12mm metal sleeve that goes around the shaft.

Does anyone know where I can get these without having to buy the entire hardware kit?

It's gonna cost me $50 for the whole hardware kit , when I only need 4 little metal sleeves.

Also does any one have an adjustment **** I can buy?

Thanks, when got upper hats from G/C, there were the 10mm Internal Diameter,
which is too small for the koni shocks, so I introduced them to a drill. Seems to be ok now.

Thanks for offer though.
