97 EK Hatch b18/b20 plans help.......
i just recently bought a 97 hb with no motor just shell...this is my plan tell me what you think....get a b18c1 v-tec head with a b20 block and turbo the **** out of it tell me what you think.....i heading more towards turbo so tell me if you have anymore better setups get back to me a.s.a.p. and here is pics of my hb i bought it off this site...

yes my first plans was to swap an h22 but i need help doing the swap i can get a full swap all and the parts a.s.a.p.if there is and anybody in the nj/ny and would like to make some money and know how to swap an h22 get back to me....

From personal experience, the B20 VTEC is a great setup. Only problem is, there isn't really a stock spec to go off of, you pretty much have to wing it and use torque specs and the sort from other vehicles. You have to buy all kind of parts from different cars to build it which becomes a hassle. Just stick with one motor, instead of hybrid monsters. B series is good because yes it's old but parts are a little cheaper and there are by far lots more parts to play around with. Just my $.02 Good Luck
