fan switch on a 0bd0 b16a

hey this is a stupid question but my buddy has a crx with a b16a in it and we cant find the fan switch. i know in a 0bd1 its right in the thermostat housing but we cant find it on his obd0.

the 2 prongs right near to the oil pressure switch & oil filter.
