throw it on a dyno dont go by the seat of your pants dyno. what ecu? have a buddy check it with a wideband o2 to see if you are running lean and have a fuel system problem
im running a p72, also vtec is starting to stutter, i checked all the ground and rechecked the wiring and everything checks out, now with the cel43 it comes on occassionally, whenever it feels like it

yea gsr wiring harness, it shouldnt matter what wiring harnesses right? as long as its vtec compatible?? i hope it doesnt have a leak gasket or anything, and plus how can i tell if its leaking?

What would make you think it has a leak?
Is it burning or consuming lots of oil?
Have you looked for leaks?
Compression test?

need to start with the basics..
check if your timing is correct, if you're getting poor or below average gas mileage your timing may be off, this can cause a huge loss in power
maybe your plugs are going bad
maybe you have a leak somewhere in your intake manifold that's causing a lean/rich condition
maybe you need to clean the sensors on the i/m
your o2 sensor may be bad
etc.
