I need to wire a 95 sohc obd 1 in a 90 hatcho obd 0. I got the dizzy p28 ecu and the conversion harness. What exactly has to be worry for the dizzy to work. Cuz that harness came with a lotta extra wires.

 

u gotta get the distributor jumpers from obd0-obd1

 

I have the clips for obd1. I was just gonna cut n splice the wires. Do I just match the colors?

 

you can hard wire it! splice it! easy as 1,2,3 as long as you have both obd0-1 connectors

obd0/ obd1/ Function

Orange/ Orange/ CYPP
White/ White / CYPG
Orange/Blue/ Orange/Blue/ TDCP
White/Blue/ White/Blue/ TDCG
Blue/Green/ Blue/Green/ CKPP
Blue/Yellow/ Blue/Yellow/ CKPG
Large White outside of loom/ Yellow/Green/ ICM
Black/Yellow/ Black/Yellow/ IGN Output
Blue/ Blue/ Tach Output

 

you can also depin both for a cleaner look, i just did the obd0-obd1 wiring this week, but we cut and soldered.
