how much power can these things put out? ive heard high 200's...not sure

I've seen 310rwhp on an SR20DET with basically a GT28R(same turbo that came in the JDM S15 Spec R's), but that was at pretty high boost(I think about 18-19 psi, out of its efficiency range).

It seems like 270-280whp is a pretty easy goal to get to though.
