Default How is this turbo???

I know its a xs power but has supposed garrett internals, JUST CLICK THE LINK. I've been looking at a t4 t67 and borg s366. I had just been searching turbos online and ran across some people having success with this turbo mainly bigger motors but hey 380shipped.. Would the 1.05 AR be to much on a 2.0L GSR??

i've heard of people blowing those things quick and some lasting for a long time seen a few go both ways as well.... say 50/50 do some searching on xs power you'll see what i'm talking about.... if it was me i'd prolly save and get the real deal as for the price i've seen them cheaper on ebay

Yes i know of a few guys that have had real good success and 1 other that pukes oil but still runs strong. The only thing that made me do a double take was garrett internals and wheel..

So...let me get this straight. You built a 2.0L GSR block, but you're going to buy a turbo that may or may not work. Your build is only as good as your weakest point...which is the turbo

I've seen those turbos work great on a fully built delorean <--- very expensive build, seen them work on built honda's,built 351's,302's ford yet another expensive build with no problems .... but what do i know..its a gamble

Yup inline pro built a 2.0L GSR and portflow did the head so what it was costly but it could blow just like any other engine. And guess what i did'nt buy the all mighty twin disk either i bought a stage 5 CC clutch. And i'm running oem axles right now.. I'm trying to get this thing up and running and if you've ever did a build like this and your not rich or got mommy it hurts the pocket.

And where did i say i was gonna buy that turbo?
I asked for opinions if it is a xs power housing with garrett internals, wheel it seems like it might be worth the risk for 380.

i'm sure someone on here has ran that same turbo. The 1.05 ar seems kinda big for a 2.0 L anyway.

If XS Power uses Garrett internals I'll start sucking **** for a living.

OP, get a Holset HX35 and bask in the OEM quality.

If you're not rich, then save another month or two. Honestly, do it right the first time, or don't do it at all.

Everything i've ever owned has been done right and believe me better then most. I never said i was buying that turbo, i asked for opinions on the description. And honestly i can do it anyway i want wrong or right. I plan to buy a twindisk and stage 5's but it won't be till summer. Right now my hours are cut back with winter. I'm gonna drive around on a pump gas tune till then with a stage 5 CC and oem axles.
