Hydraulic Clutch problems
First off, I have searched.
I recently put a new engine in my 95 Integra LS. It has a hydraulic clutch system, which was not changed during the swap. I replaced the master cylinder about 5000 miles before this, and it worked up until the time I took my engine out. The only places I disconnected the clutch line was at the slave cylinder and at the first connection right after the slave cylinder. I also had to bend the clutch line out of the way at one point to pull the engine out. Is there any way to ensure that all my connections are tight and air-leak free, and that none of my lines are broken? I need my car back ASAP! Thanks guys.

im actually having the same problem. i swapped out my LS and put in a GSR.Also i put in a 6-puck clutch. And then for some reason my clutch pedal at no preesure. so i replaced both the slave and master cylinder, and everything was good for the most part. recently(a month later) again my clutch has no pressure, it like comes and goes.and some how everytime i look theres no fluid in it. but theres also no leaks. it weird. So i then brought the master cylinder back and got it replaced under warranty cuz it was ******* up. put the new one in and everything was cool.a week later i have the same problem again.and i have no idea whats causing it
You need to replace both the master and slave at the same time (keeps both clean).
I would recommend a SpeedBleeder on the Slave - it makes bleeding really easy.
I've bled clutches for a half an hour only to find it wasn't enough - it depends on your technique, etc.

Like Tweakmeister said, half hour probably just was not long enough. I prefer to do it until I don't see a single bubble or anything that even looks remotely close to a break in the fluid coming and going. May take a little longer, but always comes out with positive results.
