Need help with swap problems

Default Need help with swap problems UPDATE!!!

Ok my car now runs and idles fine but when I give it gas to drive it sputters and jerks the whole car like no other. It is undrivable and I need to get it running now! Anybody have any ideas?

if u have fuel and spark, but no start, check to make sure your firing order is correct. i had the same problem with my sohc because the parts store told me the wrong firing order. switched 2 plugs on the dizzy, and it ran like a dream. just try switching em, it might work.

Yeah the firing order is right and I already tried switching the 2 dizzy wire but still no luck.

i dont understand how u can be throwing a solid cel and a code 10...its one or the other..code 10 is for ur iat sensor...solid code usually means bad ecu...have u tried switching ecus with a known working one?

Yeah while I crank it I get a solid CEL and code 10. I'm going to try a new ecu soon. Any other ideas?

oh now i understand what u mean...check the wiring for ur iat sensor...possible the sensor is no good as well...i dont think the ecu is ur problem
