NA set up and turbo sounds different, a NA with no cat and straight piping sounds like ****, its loud as hell and high pitched, but same set up on a turbo car, sounds deep, mean, loud but not kill my ears loud

One or the other here...better performance w/ a less restrictive muffler. More sound suppression w/ a more restricted, baffled muffler.

Ask around at local shops, some do custom 3" exhausts for cheap (friend got 3" for $140 for a GTI).
If you want it super quiet, run a 24" resonator (basicly any preforated-tube type glasspack) and any muffler. 24" with a 3" straight-through Magnaflow muffler is deep, yet quiet. If you want others to hear you a little, just run 2 resonators. The turbo essentially acts as a muffler - the heavy cast-iron housing absorbs sound very well.
