i have a b16 turbo crx....and i was running a t3 turbo on a stock bottom end at 16psi....tuned with chrome...i blew the pistons...and now im throwing a ls block in....i have headstuds,rod bolts, and new bearings...etc...but with my tune whats the max boost i can run on an ls vtec turbo....considering i was doing this on my b16 for a while at 16psi before it blew....plus the compression on the ls is better for boost...any insight let me know.....and the t3 is a saab 900 turbo ...oil cooled...

 

ITs all about Tuning, dont go for a psi, go for HP and stay a tad under the limits of your fuel system...
