ok well i touch the mating surface of my flywheel when i recieved it and now about a week later i opened the box and its trnished. Iv tried brake and carb cleaner to remove it and rubing but it wont come off. Is it ok to install?

 

ID say yes, i just installed a twin disc with the same **** on it ?

Its just surface rust from sweat/oils from your finger. I'd clean it with alcohol and then install it, when you use the clutch it'll "grind" it off.

 

Just be rough with it one time, it'll take it right off!!

 

ok s rubbing alcohol? iv used both carb and brake cleaner

 

It will be fine.
