Default Could I have been scammed... again?

Not for sure as of yet, but it's definitely not being overlooked.

Thanks to Bauley and mods for letting me post this on the EG+ board.
(I think scammer posts are still prohibited on the forums)

Some of you may have remembered when I was scammed last Thanksgiving.

Well, even though that isn't officially settled, thanks to a lot of helping hands on HT I did manage to get all but 70 bucks back, including all my parts that he was trying to sell.
Now I might have a new problem.

Ironically, just like before, it is another motor; and my car after over a year has yet to run thanks to these people.

Deal was made on the 5th of August, 2005.
- I sent him a MoneyOrder and Greddy pipes /w Greddy bov on the 8th.
- He's supposed to send me motor to GA (where the car is, I live in IL)
- I plan to send him the downpipe and manifold when I get to GA, expecting the motor to be there when I get there, or soon after, I leave for GA on 12th.
- Waiting... nothing, no contacts, nada.

I gave him my cellphone long before, and he knew that my stay in GA is just for a while and I need this motor. I don't hear a word from him the whole time in GA, even ask vteckidd from GA that I was finally looking around for a motor in GA thinking this guy just ripped me, what else am I supposed to think?
I'm back in Chicago now, car.. is still crippled, motorless.
And finally I get a hold of him online. He says his computer is messed up, ok fine. Then he asks me when the downpipe and manifold will get there... now why would I send that, I can't even get a hold of him. And, he claims he has no cell, I tell him to give me his home #, he doesn't, he gets offline... huh!?

I see my car for 2 weeks a year, and when I do plan to go see it, I make a desperate choice to put a new motor in it. Unfortunately, I put my trust into amateurs and/or scammers.

I am asking if anyone lives close by him that can help me out in their spare time.

All I want is my stuff back; idiots should NOT be selling things. If you have enough time and put enough effort in selling me or anybody something, then you damn well have enough time/effort to carrying on a legit transaction.

P.S.
I am asking you not to:
Make threats on these boards.
Lets keep it clean, this will be resolved, it's all about when.

not to be a dick, but, you should never send a money order to someone you haven't at least met in person or someone that has good references. You should have used an escrow service, the cost is worth it, and if the parts are not what you expected you don't have to pay. anyways free bump
