WHERE THE HELL IS MY DART B16!!!!!????

About 2 weeks ago I agreed to trade my all motor stuff and cash for his DART B16 which was complete.
I crippled my car driving down to my parents in GA, I live in Chicago.
So I bought this block thinking it would be a good foundation to start.
I sent this ****** 1,050 and my JUN stage 3 cams with AEM gears.

He has contacted me up until Tuesday night when he supposedly was going to ship the block the very next day, untill Tuesday, no word from him what to ever, before that he was chatting away like an internet pro.
Also, he would go on idle all the time when I am on AIM, never did that before.
Then one time I found him logged on in the early morning and tried contacting him...

you do have his phone number correct? have you called him at all?

 

if you start the small claims paperwork, all you have to do is take that finished paperwork to a process server service and give them all the information you have and they will verify the address and serve the person.

total cost $50 for court and about $35 for the process service. and you have a court date aswell. and dont be stupid and cancel the court date if he says ill send you the money.

if hes in another state your local county clerk can advice you on how to set up the court date.

A buddy of mine got screwed sending a B16 Crower stroker to the Phillipines. Turned out the paypal account that transfered the money had been hacked. By the time he found out, the **** was already on a plane
