couldnt u just dremel out ur TB to a bigget size?

 

You would also have to change the throttle plate, otherwise you really wouldn't be doing any good boring the rest of the throttlebody out. Without changing the throttle plate, you are stuck with whatever the diameter is around the plate.

 

i would have to say no... because you would be just tappering the TB if you dont change the size of the plate... theres a guy here on the boards that bores out TBs for not that much.. heard he does good work too.. forgot his name tho..
