what other ways of gaining power can she do for cheap with her 2000 civic cx?

 

There is no such thing as a D15y7. There's a D16Y7. And of course you can do it. Do a search and there is going to be so much info.... A lot of people have done this.

EDIT: just noticed you said it was for a 2000 CX hatch LOL. i wouldnt boost that motor. just swap it
