Default Fuel Consumption Change...

I have a 92 Civic with a 2nd Gen B16. I recently got a Skunk intake manifold and an ITR Throttle Body, and an AEM Fuel Pressure Regulator. I have kept track of my gas mileage for the past couple of weeks, and I am only getting about 28 MPG in the city now. I was getting about 35 MPG before the recent mods. My fuel pressure is set at exactly 41, so I know that is right. I am wondering if this MPG change is to be expected, or if it out of the ordinary with these mods?? I have done a search, but it is kind of a specific question. Thanks
