Well its time to change auto tranny fluid on my 98 Civic DX..

this would be my frist time doing this cause I usually let the dealer do it but in this case I am pressed for time...

so are there any tips that can be shared when doing this?

before u go to change it check the color/smell of the fluid. if its a black color and smells burnt you're going to need a tranny overhaul soon and might as well keep the old fluid in there. and how are you planning on changing the fluid in the torque converter? or are you just changing whats in the pan?
