Default mixed answers....need a little insight

check it out:

finished my B20VTEC 3 weeks ago...all OEM. ran good but last saturday night after getting on it i noticed it sounding like it was running on 3 cylinders. so i comp checked it and came up with 215 across except for #3 which was 130.

i was thinking my rings were gone but when i pulled the head there were no signs of sleeve damage and the pistons look just like they were when i was building the motor.

i drained my oil and it was milky so i figured headgasket. i put a new gasket in and comp checked the motor again but came up with the same results. i then thought valves but they look like they were good.

i wish i had pics but my camera was not handy tonight. what do you guys think

if it were rings shouldnt the sleeves have some signs like scratches and what not. i put in a new gasket and that didnt do anything. i dont know what else to think of. im planning to pull the pistons tomorrow but i just wanted to see what yall thought.

??????
