Default LS/Vtec oil pressure

Hi guys. I've just completed my LS/Vtec build.

It is a b18a block .020 over
Eagle rods
CP b16 pistons (which yeild about 11:1 CR in my motor)
GSR oil pump
GSR girdle, windage tray, oil pick up, and oil pan
Golden Eagle LS/Vtec kit
P72 head
ST valves, springs, and retainer
S2K2 cams
and I'm running 10w30 synthetic blend

For some reason, when I first star up, my oil pressure would be about 100psi. Once it is warm up, it drops down to ~55psi. At cruising, 5th gear, 70 mph, ~3500 rpm, the pressure would be 80 psi. Is it normal for the oil pressure to be that high? Is there anything I can do to lower the oil pressure level? Thanks in advance. Oh yeah, I tried to search, but couldn't find any useful info.

The faster your engine revs the faster oil flows. So no i wouldn't worry about it, its supposed to do that..

before I went LS/Vtec my oil press. was like 80 at startup idle, after it warmed up it was 20 at idle, and like 70 cruising. Now with the vtec head its only about 60 at startup, like 8 at idle after its warmed up, and 40-50 while cruising. Could it be because of the extra oil pumping to the head, I also put an oil distributution block on the firewall, maybe thats it??? I dont know, should I be concerned, it seems to be running fine? I used the same oil and everything.
