i bought a car that has an HKS EVC it looks like an older model with rectangle buttons, one power, then a low, high and manual with a turn **** deal. theres that box then a box under the hood with wires running to it. the box under the hood makes constant clicking noise. with the car on and off, it doesnt stop.

any idea's how to make it stop? thanks
