Rubber things? Don't know that rubber things come with coil over kits. Usually, only the shock sleeve and spring seat (both aluminum) come with a kit. Sometimes, a pillow ball mount may be available but is not usually included in a "coil-over kit".
The $40 kits come with crap springs that will sag just staring at them. Just remember, you get what you pay for. Caveat Emptor.

those rubber little circles? those are the O-rings.. they slide right over the shock so that the sleeve coilover will make little contact with the shock. its easy, just slide the o rings over the shock very much like you would a condom.. lol
Ebay springs will not ride half as good as other coils, such as skunk2s or especially GCs. i went GCs which are doing well but the ride is a little bumpy on stock shocks. Im about to buy some tokico illumina's or kyb agx's cuz i need better shocks, but if your planning to run stock shocks, skunk2s are good enough IMO.

$40 ebay coilovers wont last, if you're looking for a cheap alternative for coilovers, check this thread https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1127443
any coilover sleeve will fit over the stock shocks no problem. however, by doing this, your allowing your car to ride like extreme crap i.e. your car will be bouncing up and down the street like a mad man because stock shocks aren't ment for lowered vehicles.

Doing double the work, just so you can have a crappy ride, possibly blown shocks, and general headaches isn't a horrible idea?
Fine, it's not as horrible as cutting your springs and running a 150 shot on a stock b16, but it's definitely not smart.
