Default Bad Gas Mileage

I am getting 14MPG with my 95 civic ex. I bought it with a d15b7 motor in it (suppose to have the d16z6) and it has the original ECU in it (p28). my 4 CEL's are. Oxygen sensor, MAP sensor (found out there isn't even one installed), vtec, and vtec oil switch. can these problems be causing such shitty mileage? also, if it is, which way is the cheapest way out to get my mileage back up without fixing it all at once? I already have the head and everything, just need a Vtec Solenoid. until then i cant get that installed, but i was wondering, if i get the map sensor, will that bring things up? thx

well the number one thing causing your bad gas mileage is your o2 sensor. thats how your car adjusts a/f ratios. Fix that and i guarantee that your mileage will go up.

specially if you are running none

My advice would be run the B7 ECU and cut down 2 cels...
