what turbo size you running on you ls?
im running a t3/t4 turbo 57/63 ar. i want to upgrade to something bigger .
right now it spools up around 2700. i was thinking sc61.
just trying to see everyone setup so i can decide what best.

Heh. That SC61 will not get even halfway efficient until about 4700rpms, and will not get efficient well at all until you work on the LS head a bit. Remember, you only have 7000 rpms to work with. And a bit more stroke. What are you trying to accomplish in this setup?

how are you getting spool at 2700?? im running the same turbo and even in 5th gear i dont start to spool until over 3k, and its closer to 3500 in like 3 and 4th gear.
that turbo is good for a decent chunk over 400hp, how much power are you making now?

Im running the same size turbo on my B20 and I dont reach full boost until about 4k eathier. How in the world are you getting full boost @ 2700? Are you sure that your tach isnt off or something? How many lbs of boost are you running? Something doesnt sound right.

I'm running a 14b
It will start spooling the second I floor it. And even under normal driving conditions.
I'm running an open 2.5" dp. And surprisingly it will hold a solid 8psi from the time it hits till redline.
