Default Chipped ECU

Ok as some of you have previously read, I am running the following modifications currently on a 1999 Honda Civic DX (D16Y7):

- Skunk 2 Intake Manifold
- Hondata Intake Manifold Gasket
- CTR Throttle Body
- CTR Injectors
- Generic Short Ram (for the time being)
- B&M Fuel Pressure Regulator, and Gauge
- Frog Engine Controls OBD2B to OBD1 ECU Jumper
- OBD1 1.5L SOHC non VTEC ECU
- DC Sports 4-2-1 Brushed Stainless Steel Header
- T1R Racing Convertor
- T1R Sports B Pipe
- T1R Sports Muffler

Now I realize I'm running a 1.5L ECU on a 1.6L which is causing alot of issues at this current moment, inclouding the car running quite rich. However I'm wanting to now look into having the ECU chipped, so it'll run ALOT better with these modifcations for the time being, as I was planning to a Y8 VTEC Head before putting the car away for storage, but finding, and purchasing one locally has become quite the task. The car is being put away for storage in a month, or two its becoming tiring, and a headache to daily drive. So does anyone have any suggestions on what to do? I'm looking to spend abit of money, but not a ton, as I would also like to rebuild my Si Tranny, and have it, as well as my Exedy Clutch, and Flywheel installed before storage as well.
