Default Help me identify the problem (Action 2md)

hey guys , giving you a little background on the clutch. i installed it and drove for almost 5k with no problems , grabbed good , very nice engagement etc. i did NOT one time launch the car in first , nor race the car at any track events(setup isnt finished yet). most the time id boost in second , third and fourth. i drove the car to jack in the crack(yummy tacos) with no problem , and on the way back i started to notice the clamping force on the clutch was getting less and less. by the time i was on my home street , it was like the clutch wasnt even there , i had to ride the clutch alot to get the car to even move. the wierdest part was that there was no burning clutch smell. i checked fluids in the clutch mc and its fine . i even bled the clutch 3 times jus in case.no help . i said **** it and ordered an act 6 puck and xtreme pressure plate. today i got the tranny off and clutch , the clutch looks fine except for some heat spots(dont know the cause). you can see the little edges of the pucks where it didnt make contact and you cant even feel the edge with your finger , thats how little this clutch has been used. did it glaze over? what can i look at? even with the clutch feeling like it was almost gone , it wouldnt slip putting 263whp 247tq to it , the disc looks great , the pp looks fine too , nothing broken at all . i will take pictures tomorow to help , im gettin ready to go out but i wanted to see if anyone had any pointers for me to look at the clutch.

sorry for the long writeup and thanks in advance.
