Default about to dish out some money. need some quick help

hey guys
well my cars been feeling pretty shitty lately probably because of my car sitting on lowering springs and possibly blown shocks. well im about to get some new rims/tires and i was wondering whether i should A) get coilovers or B) just get new aftermarket shocks. i want those lower tie rods from DC sports but i was wondering what i should do first. will coilovers fix my problem with the bumpy/popping noises of my ride which make me feel like im going to crash? thanks in advance. sorry for being so vague i will respond to replies

If your shocks are truly blown, any sort of replacement should be a vast improvement, whether its simply replacing the shocks, or getting a set of coilovers. From what I hear, tie rods do very little in the way of improving handling, and certainly wouldn't do you any good if your shocks are blown.
There's lots of research to be done on this sort of thing, so hop to it!

:{ yeah lots of reading ahead of me :[
i just want to hurry and get some new rims/tires since my tires are almost bald and still rockin the steelies
im not sure if the shocks are TRULY blown. i did the 'bounce the car and see if it continues to go up and down trick' and it seemed ok. just when im driving and i go over a pothole, i hear a big BOOM and then my rear window begins to vibrate and it seems like im going to swerve onto the next lane..hard to explain.

i say...springs then shocks (if yours are blown, but it wouldnt be a bad idea to get good ones), then camber kit (will smooth out your ride even more, and will save you tires)....

If your shocks are blown, you should be able to see oily-fluid seeping out of the top of the shock. I'd put my money into a functioning suspension first, then use the remainder for new tires, and hold off on the wheels.
What sort of springs and shocks are you using now?

don't need a camber kit. get some good shocks like the koni yellows or decent ones like the AGX's.

godline lowering springs on stock everything

this is the problem. whenever i change lanes on the free way or go over a pothole it seems like im goign to swerve out of the lane or theres a big pop noise. pretty sure thats not normal. so i guess ill get the AGX's /a rear tie rod and im good right? then here i come rims??
