Default vafc problems

everythings been runnning fine since the beginning, all i did was take the ECU out to check the inside out, and pluged it back in, now i here no fuel pump, nor is my VAFC turning on.... WHAT the heck is the problem, if anyones ever ran into this problem, how yall fixed it?.

ps.. I did not disconnect the battery while doing all this, if that comes as a factor.

it kinda gay getting to it but it's under the dash on the driver side. if you get your head under there you can kinda see it behind the hood latch. it's should be brown (thats the color in my car) and held on the side with a 10mm bolt. goodluck hope it works out for you
