kyb agx with h&r race
KYB's are good shocks but they specifically warn against dropping the car less than 1.5 inches. I highly recommend getting some top mount extensions to give the shock a little more travel space. You can have them made or buy them from GC.
HR Race drops the car 2.5 inches in front and 2.0 in back.

Email one of the ebay vendors that sells them. I am sure they can tell you for sure.
I have the same setup except with Tokico shocks. They arent on the car yet, but will be this weekend. I'll write a review with pics sooon.

how many cm. of travel do you have before the shock touches the bumpstop with that setup?
Like if u push the bumpstup up into those gc tophats, you can just measure the ammount of visible piston

Sorry for the late late reply. There is no way I can tell now because the shop has them and they are going to install them soon. Sorry man. I'll post pics and a review once they are done.

Trust me, nobody is more anxious to see how the car looks on this setup than me. I am really pissed because the paint and body shop is taking FOREVER to finish the work. It's been over 4 months!!! They do great work but there's been alot of drama going on over there with their workers. I don't wanna hassle them too much because I want the work done right and not rushed.
Should be another week.
As for the Neuspeed springs....they should work just fine on the AGX's

when you do get your struts/springs install them yourself.
dont pay someone else to do something that is as simple as installing suspension parts.
i have AGX adjustables and I like them a lot and I have had them on for two years so far and no problems.

No dice. The body shop totally screwed me on the body work. I ended up having to sell the car. I still have the suspension set up.
My CRX Si on the other hand is coming out of the body shop tomorrow(friday). I won't be putting on the suspension until the swap is ready. As of now I am gathering parts together to make the whole changeover as smooth as possible.
Sorry if I got your hopes up on seeing the result pics of the suspension setup I put together. Just a little longer. I promise. I'll take some pics today of the body work in the meantime to hold you over until I put the suspension on.
Right now the car is on KYB AGX and GC Coilover sleeves. It's ok but not as tough in the front as I would like it to be.

I hear the HR race springs are pretty stiff but this car I am putting them on is not going to be a daily driver. Its going to be a show/weekend cruiser. Infact I will hardly drive it.

Like I said, I am not done with the car yet. Here is some of the progress. It's sitting on KYB's with GC Coilovers....no camber kit. The cv joints and tie rods are shot but thats all going to be replaced soon after the swap is done in the next few weeks.

So have patience guys...I wanna make sure everything is done right with this car.
