96-98*(im guessing through 00 aswell.)
dx uses a different flywheel, I know for a fact...
What you SHOULD have said was,
D-series flywheels fits all crank bolts, the PP from the y8/VTEC will not fit on the 96^.
I know from experience.

True, but you forgot the main question. D series parts from a specific gen will fit all models. Yes, the 1.5L fly will fit the 1.6L for the 92-95's and is not different. The problem of fitment and compatibility becomes a problem when you start bolting on parts from different gen's of the d series.

1.5 and 1.6 flywheels are definately compatable, but definately different in regards to weight. the cx flywheel(from the d15b8) weighs about 4-5lbs less than the ex/si flywheel. i have held both in my hands. i do not know about the dx/lx flywheel tho.

Dx Cx and Lx are all the same wieght. Si and Ex are heavier. It really doesn't matter on the weight though. Not to metion if it was a problem get a lightweight fly like I did. Much better then a stock flywheel IMO.
