well everyone has their own opinions on lightened flywheels. but if you ask anyone that has a lightened flywheel on their own personal car they will almost all tell you that they love it! i have one in my car and i love it and i honestly have no regrets about putting the flywheel on my car seeing as i needed to replace my slipping stock clutch anyways! but i would totally recommend the flywheel i have which is a fidanza 8lb flywheel for my b16! good luck with whatever you choose!!!

7.5 Fidanza here on my B18A and I love it, no drivability issues what so ever.

i like 7lbs flywheels on race cars and 10lbs on street cars. i have always gone that way. 10 lbs on a street car does not wanna stall the car like a 7lbs.

I run the ACT prolite on my ride as well with ALMOST no issues .. My issue is something I am sure most of you never run into, since a lot of people rip off thier AC system.. Anyways, the problem I have is when the AC is on, if you are cruising along say 4,000rpms+ and then push in the clutch to come to a stop, the engine will die. With the AC on, it spins down VERY quickly. I would say approx 2,000rpms a second. Anyways, other then that, I like it alot.

^^ yeah that may happen with a really light flywheel...

just head into the stop while still in gear and pull it out at a lower rpm

11lb. on my d15b was great
8lb. on my gsr..... (i'll let you know this weekend)
