98 Integra Type R with Civic Type R pistons, what other parts need to be switched out to run better with the CTR pistons? Thank you!

You'll probably get better luck posting in the All Motor forum. You can use stock or you can use 440s, hell go as high as your heart desires since you're going to need tuning done anyways with compression that high. If you plan to get big cams, get a 255 fuel pump. Your stock fuel rail can support more hp than most N/A engines can put out, but if you need the bling go for it.

Once again, you haven't stated what you want or where you want to go with this which leaves a ton of questions left in the air.

You guys are retarded.

The first you thing is that they bump up the compression quite a bit (12.5:1 and 12.8:1 for OS, i think?), and you'll need a much bigger cam so you're not undercammed.

You'll need a whole host of other things in order to get it right....none of which i know anything about.

Don't just slap them in - do a bunch of research please.

You will not need a fuel pump or fuel rail (I'm still running a stock fuel pump and fuel rail with a much bigger n/a setup). If you have more compression you can usually run a little bit bigger cam. I would also get some 310cc injectors and some form of a tunable ECU. Talk to your tuner and find out what they recommend.

I'm running that setup in my ITR now and you don't need the fuel rail or the fuel pump, but you can use it if you want. I would personally sell the rail and the pump and put the money towards tuning the EMS for the setup or put it toward a nice header or big cams.

First question. Define better.....is it running bad as it is right now?

2nd, is the car for sale in your sig? If so, why would you want to modify it or are you trying to fix an existing problem?

With CTR Pistons at the least I would get, Larger Injectors, Larger Cams, and upgraded Exhaust and tuning.
