AC fan question - can it be replaced with something smaller?
Just as the question states - I need a little more room in my bay for the turbo, can I replace this huge fan with something smaller? I Took it out today to look at it but I couldnt seperate the fan from the radiator itself.

the fan does come off(I've done it... just takes a bit of work)... don't see why a different fan couldn't be used... I've been running around without a fan on for a few weeks now. a/c only works when I'm moving though... kinda amusing

I just removed the visible screws, and pulled it off... the a/c radiator is held on with zip ties as normally the fan has the mounts on it... just a temp solution until I take the time to figure something better out. I don't have a low profile fan on it as of yet... just running the radiator by itself at the moment
