Default Burning Oil, Comp test results and questions

I have a CRX, 89 Si with a D16Z6 head. It burns a lot of oil, worst at high rpms and high throttle. I just did a compression test, came to 225, 210, 210, 205. What can I rule in or out as the problem? Rings are OK? Valves not bent? Anything else? Can I assume I could still have bad stem seals or a PCV problem?

To do the test, I pulled all the spark plugs, and the ECU fuse under the hood. I then screwed in the gauge, turned it over 6 cycles w/ wot. Is this OK? I couldn't watch the gauge because I was alone, but #'s seemed OK.

Thanks for any advice at what to do next.

Also, one of the plugs seemed much darker. Not wet or oily, but sootier than others. Cylinder came to 210 though?
