Honda has a special tool that actually grabs the pulley and doesnt let it spin so you can break the bolt lose without cranking on the engine.
Ur deff. going to need something like an impact for this job

I had my Z6 out for a build and just locked the flywheel up with a screw driver and a piece of pipe. It's hard to explain, but I'll try. It looks like this O. <----now see the dot. Put a little peice of pipe with the hole facing up. Can be used the same way if the engines in the vehicle, just use a longer pipe. Now get one of the teeth to rest horisontally on the pipe and apply pressure. It should hold it nice. You can also put a screw driver through one of the teeth to help out. Now giver hell and it will come loose. So basically the pipe is vertical and the fly's tooth is resting on top of it. Good luck.

don't put a screw driver in the flywheel teeth. it works, but it's very possible you'll break something and have a bigger mess on your hands.
search google for honda crank pulley tool, and fork over the 30 bucks for one.

thanks for the help i got it today with a impact wrench and put a punch through one of the wholes on the pulley and able to wedge it against the block
This is what I use: http://www.thetoolwarehouse.net/shop/AP-7809.html cheaper then buying a impact gun and the air compressor that's needed for it.
