Any links on how to install a header on a GSR!
Yeap, I'm a newbie when it comes to Honda/Acuras. Need tips on how to installed the DC 4-1 Header. I know is not that hard I just don't want to mess up the O2 Sensor. Thanks.
um... i wil try and help. first unbolt the heat shield, should be 3 , 12mm bolts. it is the thing you see that looks aluminum. next jack up the car and unbolt the header from the cat. then unbolt the bottom part of the header from the top part, should be 3 14mm's. next unbolt the 9 12's holding the header to the engine. pull all of that out. now here comes the fun part....
you might have to 'notch' the crossmember ( w/ a dremel or something ) b/c the 4-1 headers will barely fit in there. it is very hard to make everything fit ( i just did the install 2 nights ago ) and be sure to have some spare jacks ( have the car on jackstands ) and a friend to help out. good luck man, that's about all ican say. --later.

Just installed it last week. I had to unbolt the top where the 2 radiator mounts and move the radiator to the right a bit. You dont have to remove the radiator tho. The header should be brought from the bottom and start off by sliding the header to the left. It will scratch a lil if you have a A/C compressor. Wiggle it a bit and should the there no probs.
