I can't seem to find anywhere that makes a 3" to 4" transition in stainless steel, i found some in mild steel but not stainless, and I am looking for one that is very short (like 2-3"), instead of the 8" long reducers, I just need one with a sudden transition so I can make my 4" downpipe, thanks for the help.

A little pricey, but they have (or can get/make) any piece you would ever need for a downpipe.
