Default pros and cons of a trubo b20

What are the pros and cons of turbocharging an engine with a b20 block?
People that i have talked to have told me not to do it but have given me a clear reason why. Thanks for the help.

Pros: It's a 2 liter
Cons: Sleeves are thin because it is basically just a B18 bored over.
