Default HELP! anyone know or had this problem before?

I own a 93 EG wit a jdm b16 and ur basic bolt ons and a lil more but no internal work..... its alway drove fine and given me no problems but about 2 weeks ago the idle keeps fluctuating when i stop at a light or any time im idling... it will idle fine till the car warms up...once the engine is warmed up and should be running great it will idle at 700 or 500 or 1,000 or 100 .... and itll change through all these idle positions within maybe a 3 block radius of stop and go traffic... and if im driving around 50 or higher or any speed actually and i put it in neutral and coast to a stop somtimes it will totally just turn off and i have to turn the car on again... cuzz the car seems to idle at 100 a lot now... wich in my perspective i thought the car should turn off at that low of a rpm.... anyone know what it could be?
