Default Msd ignition?

I have an msd Ignition 6A. My cut off is really low. I bought the car used. SO it already had it on there. Im thinking that my low cut off is because of the ignition. IS there like a computer or something to adjust the cutoff? I really am annoyed by this. Someone help me out please?
thanks

Remove the 6A before it burns out on you and leaves you stranded like mine did.

there are two types of cut off

could cut off when the car is could 4400 rpm i think

hot cut off when the car is hot 6500 rpm

in civics it cuts at 6500 rpm
