Default twin radiator fan on half size.

can u ran both fan at the same time one as a puller and the other as a pusher?

can this really help cooling it down faster or a total no-go?

i meant to say half size radiator, sorry.

I've been thinking about doing just this on my car as well as a few others with the 92+ half size radiator. I've found that with a large intercooler(precision 750hp size) the radiator doesnt seem to get enough airflow and the car will get a little hot on the top end, despite nothing else being wrong with the cooling system.

i hope thats my case...b/c yesterday driving home from honda day at 90mph the temp needle started to climb.....i flipped on the rad fan and pulled over and it didnt do it again after that...i think it was just a matter of my precision 750hp intercooler blocking my tiny half length rad

people use PTE 750 FMIC's on here? i thought those caused cooling problems?

well basically its just a 10" tall IC so it will block all airflow to the radiator. you will need a strong fan to move the air through it.

The easy way out is to cut the crap out of the bumper, running a very high cfm fan is still a question of how well it will do getting air throught it.

Didn't you do the hood washer trick?? I'm surpriced thats not helping any of this...

So far the hood washer trick and cutting hell out of the bumper isn't helping.

I basically cut the whole bumper in the front and a fan that can blow away a small child, I'm still having overheating issues on hot days and if I beat on my car. I need to figure something out my self. I though it would cause problems if you have a pusher and puller.

yea...did it last week....i guess i just haven't driven in 105+ degree weather with the turbo yet. yesterday was the first time, and and first time I EVER saw the needle start to climb. But like I said, I just flipped on the fan (i have it wired so i can turn it on whenever I want) and it didn't overheat the whole rest of the way home (from jerz to NY...about 60 miles)
