Default Breakin up

I did a search and didn't see much on what I needed. Ok, so I just put my head back on my d16a after gettin a 3 angle valve job, milled .030, and crower stage 2 cam. I just put new msd wires, cap and blaster coil. The whole motor is pretty much rebuilt minus the bottom end. Well at first it was runnin great. It pulled hard. Well, when putting things back together sometimes things forget to get tightened and such. SO I had a little coolant leak, fixed that, and then I had a little fuel leak, and fixed that. Well after I had fixed all the problems, I took it out again and it pulled hard again, but then it started to break up . And I don't mean a little bit, this sounded like a turbo car that was untuned and was killin the spark. I am thinkin a sensor went bad but I want some opinions and some other things to check.
p.s. it doesn't break up all the time just every now and then...it'll run good and then bad type deal. And I have a skunk2 p30 so it doesn't really throw any codes right now. I'm waitin for my friend to come over so i cam put my old p28 in to see if it throws a code.
