4 CKP - crank position sensor
5 MAP - manifold absolute pressure sensor
6 ECT - water temperature sensor
7 TPS - throttle position sensor
9 CYP - cylinder sensor

you are in limb mode
get the cel fix then u be able to go pass 3500

your wiring is jacked up The Tps and map try switching the 2 plugs, as for codes 9 and 4 you need to check your wiring at the ecu there is a ORANGE and a WHITE wire that need to be moved from c1 and c2 to b10(orange) b12 (white)and the 2 blue wires go to c1(blue/green) c2(blue/yellow) check that that is all correct. and the code 6 check the plug under the Dizzy that single wire always breaks. hope this helps.

Yep, the wiring is all messed up. Or your alternator could be dead, bad alternators will make some weird things happen.

I did all the wiring when I put the b18a in and it fired right up and ran fine. Then I blew that motor up and installed the b18b and thats when I started having these codes. I know I bumped the map sensor when I put the new motor in but I don't know if thats the problem.
